Summer in the City

If your child would like to attend Summer in the City, please complete the Enrollment Packet by following the link below and return it along with a $50 non-refundable deposit. Once your completed Enrollment Packet is processed and your deposit is received we will contact you to confirm your child's enrollment. Please drop off or mail completed forms to Downtown Children's Center, 607 N. 22nd St., St. Louis, MO 63103 or you can email completed forms to dcc@dccstl.org.
